• Milestone payments as specified in project agreements
• Final payment upon project completion and acceptance
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in service agreements
• All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated

6. Confidentiality

We understand that during the course of our business relationship, you may share confidential information with us. We commit to:

7.3 No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your objectives, we cannot guarantee specific business results, player engagement metrics, or revenue outcomes from the use of our slot games and casino solutions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SlotStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
